Terms and Conditions
In Person Ordering: IF you prefer to place your order by phone, you can do so by phoning (575) 626-0023 from 9am to 5pm Mountain Standard Time.
Class Instructors: Contact me at orders@kinesiologybooks.net for discount information.
Currency Conversion: If you are shopping from outside of the United States, PayPal/ your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Delivery Schedule: We will normally dispatch your order to you in 1-2 business days, and delivery is normally made within 7 business days, but may differ depending on your distance from a major center. If I am out of town, the delivery will be later.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy: In the unlikely event any item is received in a defective condition we will gladly replace or refund the item. Returns are rarely accepted, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
About Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and destination. Large charts and Sound Essences ship separately and incur their own shipping charges.
Shipping options will appear in the cart prior to checkout. You may pick your shipping option. In the US, media mail comes with tracking. It does not come with insurance. Delivery times can be slow.
