The second part of the Brain Hologram series covers the structure and physiology of the Diencephalon, the Brainstem (the Midbrain, the Pons, the Medulla), the Cerebellum and the Spinal Cord along with their projections and innervation. All these areas of the brain deal with physical, emotional, spiritual, neurological issues that are beyond the conscious mind. Most of the issues that people deal with are due to holding stress within these areas of the brain.

The relay system of the thalamus, the hypothalamus, the feedback loops of the cerebellum and the various ascending/descending pathways of the spinal cord are also discussed and formatted.
